We love a good ceramics project here at Cumberlidge so, when the owners of our favourite Portuguese café in Sheffield, Lisboa, got in touch to see if we could help with a refurbishment we jumped at the chance!

Handmade Portuguese ceramic tile mural taking shape – simply stunning
Located in the Peace Gardens, the café was closed for several weeks whilst extensive works took place. During that time we installed hundreds of 150m x 150m gloss white standard tiles but the highlights of the project were laying 40m2 of bespoke floor tiles along with piecing together a hand-made blue & white ceramic mural depicting a rural Portuguese scene and the Lisboa name.
